Q: How do I find a particular item on the website?

A: There are several ways to search for a product. The quickest is to use the Search tool located in the top menu bar of the website. Another is to click on a category (Dog, Cat, Fish, etc) and look for the most appropriate sub-category that might contain your item. 

Q: The item I’m looking for isn’t on the website.

A:  If you are looking for an item that you've never ordered from us, call or contact us to check for availability. We offer many more products than are listed on the website and are adding items all the time. We would also like to know if there is a product that you are interested in that we don’t offer.

Q: How do I see more details about an item?
A: You can click on any item picture to see more information. This will also bring up a larger image for you to view.

Q: Do you ship ALL of your products?

A: We ship 100% of our products that are listed on Spoil that Pet Shop.com. Occasionally items may be out of stock but we will inform you promptly if there will be any delays.
